| Transformation of an existing office building into the headquarters for community based charity. JFGH purchased a two-story office building to consolidate their offices in Rockville, MD, but the building did not meet the accessibility requirements for many of their clients. It also needed upgrades to meet the current building and life Safety codes. CCSI worked with the design team and trade contractors to achieve a cost effective renovation plan that included upgrades for multi-use space and facilities to deal with the special needs of their clients. |
