Historic restoration and renovation of a facility in 1906 building on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.  Prior renovations of the facility, which was originally used a library, had concealed the ornate plaster and wood details on the ceilings and walls.  This project combined the restoration of the original room, the introduction of modern HVAC, lighting, and audio-visual systems, and the construction of new conference and interpreter facilities to provide a state-of-the-art meeting center for the OAS.
