CCSI Construction is a privately owned company with roots in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, we offer a long, stable track record of successful construction projects. CCSI's corporate headquarters is located in downtown Washington and virtually all our business is conducted within the local metropolitan area. CCSI Construction is a division of Superior Buildings Services, Inc. - a multi-disciplined service company providing commercial cleaning, HVAC and construction services.

CCSI recognizes its clients' commitment to meeting their sustainability goals. For that reason, we have two members of our management team that are LEED accredited professionals. This allows CCSI to facilitate the LEED process with our clients from the planning stage in order to incorporate LEED requirements into the building process. Likewise, CCSI is committed to sustainable building practices and incorporates recycling and reuse of materials whenever possible.

CCSI's executive management team's experience as developer/builder gives us the unique advantage of having dealt directly with the construction trades as both an Owner and a Contractor - making us intimately familiar with the nuances of construction contracting.
